How we handle your information.
We collect what we need to deliver a tree, answer a note, or send a receipt. We do not sell it.
What we collect
If you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone, delivery address, county, and any notes you leave, plus the trees and extras on your ticket. Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
If you write us from the contact page, we collect your name, email, and message. Address suggestions on checkout use Google Maps.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfill your order, email a receipt, deliver in Knox, Blount, or Loudon County, and reply when you have a question. The farm may also see order details so we can look up a ticket.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments. Google helps with address lookup, and Google Analytics records which pages people visit. Email is sent through our mail provider. Those companies only get what they need to do that work.
