Ordering & the farm
What is the difference between ordering online and visiting the farm?
Order online and we deliver a Fraser Fir to your door, free, in Knox, Blount, and Loudon Counties. Visit the farm to pick a tree in person, stay for cocoa, and take it home that night, or ask us about paid delivery from the farm. Online orders without a Christmas tree qualify for free delivery on orders of $100 or more.
Where do you buy the trees from?
We partner with a nursery in the hills of North Carolina, the Fraser Fir capital of the country.
Can schools or nonprofits partner for a fundraiser?
Since 2019 we have run pop-up fundraisers for nonprofits. If your school or organization wants a winter fundraiser, contact us or see our Partners page.
Delivery
Is delivery really free?
Yes, for online Christmas tree orders in Knox, Blount, and Loudon Counties. You choose your tree and extras and check out on this site. Online orders that do not include a Christmas tree qualify for free delivery on orders of $100 or more. Delivery is also available for trees purchased at the farm for an additional fee based on tree size and distance. Pop-up purchases are pickup only.
When and where would I expect my tree to be delivered?
Online orders go to Knox, Blount, and Loudon Counties. If you pre-ordered, your tree will be delivered the week of Thanksgiving or the week after. If you order after Thanksgiving, you should receive it within a few days, though it can take up to a week. We do our best to get it to you before any special events you have. We will give notice before your delivery day and try to make sure you are home. If you will not be home, leave out a 5-gallon bucket of water. We give the tree a fresh cut at delivery and can put it in the bucket. Add special requests in the order memo, or email or call us.
Are trees refundable?
Trees are non-refundable. The Fraser Firs we select are grade-1, beautiful Christmas trees. While nothing is perfect in this world, these trees are some of the best you will find in East Tennessee.
If you delivered a tree I still don’t like, can I exchange it?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your tree selection, you may request to exchange it for any tree that we still have in stock. Delivery is not provided for any exchange.
The farm experience
If I buy a tree at the farm, will you deliver it?
Yes, for an additional fee based on tree size and delivery distance. You can also take your tree home that night. We can net it and help you load it. Free delivery applies to online Christmas tree orders in Knox, Blount, and Loudon Counties, and to online orders without a tree of $100 or more.
Where is the farm?
Raise the Tree Pellissippi is at 2221 Topside Rd, Louisville, TN 37777, just off the Topside Exit of Pellissippi Hwy. Close to Knoxville, Farragut, and Maryville.
What are your hours during tree season?
Monday–Friday 3 to 7pm, Saturday 11am to 8pm, and Sunday 1pm to 7pm. Hours are during tree season. Check the farm page calendar for special nights.
