The Process

For 15 years (that’s right, BEFORE Amazon was a thing!), we have been delivering Fresh cut firs to your doorstep all over the Knoxville area and beyond.

The first step in the process is selecting the perfect size tree for your home (standard ceilings are 8 or 9 feet tall). After you purchase your tree, (and throw in some garland or a candle!), simply check out and include which non-profit you want to support! Also include any delivery date requests or instructions. We will then contact you with an estimated delivery date (usually the week of or after Thanksgiving). Also we will be communicative throughout the day of delivery to help coordinate as best as possible.

When we deliver the tree, we fresh cut it at your door, leave a special ornament gift from the tree slice, and can either leave it at your doorstep, (if you are not home, leave out a 5 gallon bucket of water to prevent the sap from sealing back over), or for a small fee/tip, we can help get it inside in your tree stand. Our goal is to make this process as painless and seamless as possible! Feel free to email or call us with any questions.
