Online Christmas tree orders include free delivery in Knox, Blount, or Loudon County. Orders without a tree qualify for free delivery at $100 or more. We give notice before delivery day. If you will not be home, leave a 5-gallon bucket of water.

Ordering & delivery
When and where would I expect my tree to be delivered?
Online orders go to Knox, Blount, and Loudon Counties. If you pre-ordered, your tree will be delivered the week of Thanksgiving or the week after. If you order after Thanksgiving, you should receive it within a few days, though it can take up to a week. We do our best to get it to you before any special events you have. We will give notice before your delivery day and try to make sure you are home. If you will not be home, leave out a 5-gallon bucket of water. We give the tree a fresh cut at delivery and can put it in the bucket. Add special requests in the order memo, or email or call us.
What’s the latest I can order?
Pre-order by November 22 and we will set a tree aside. After that you can still order online through December 20, 2026, but we cannot guarantee a tree once supplies run out. Order by November 15 for the first Thanksgiving delivery wave.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, for online Christmas tree orders in Knox, Blount, and Loudon Counties. Online orders that do not include a Christmas tree qualify for free delivery on orders of $100 or more. Delivery is also available for trees purchased at the farm for an additional fee based on tree size and distance.
Are trees refundable?
Trees are non-refundable. The Fraser Firs we select are grade-1, beautiful Christmas trees. While nothing is perfect in this world, these trees are some of the best you will find in East Tennessee.
If you delivered a tree I still don’t like, can I exchange it?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your tree selection, you may request to exchange it for any tree that we still have in stock. Delivery is not provided for any exchange.
